I’m Chris Mbuyi — a Man with African roots who’s walked through the fire… and came back with the torch.

I was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo. At 14, I arrived in Germany. Back then, a new world of pressure, disorientation, and silence.

Yet even then, I carried a vision. I had faith. I had fight. And I knew: my life must serve many others.

Step by step, I rebuilt myself, from immigrant to international business graduate.
From survival mode to trusted corporate leader. From silence to power.

I created Nguvu Mentoring for Men with African roots like me and young kings like you. Not because we’re broken. Because we’ve spent too long being unseen. Strong on the inside, misread on the outside.

This is our space to lead, to heal, to rise — without apology!
